Julia Morgenthau is an experienced advocate both inside and outside of the courtroom. Her civil litigation practice includes the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, construction defect and business disputes. She has defended insurance companies and their insureds in a broad range of civil matters and has extensive experience handling all aspects of litigation in state and federal court. Julia focuses on providing her clients with effective and efficient legal solutions.
Julia received her undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont in 2001 and received her law degree from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2006. Since law school, she has focused on providing legal services to people who need help with civil disputes of all kinds. The legal system is complex and Julia guides her clients through the process with clear and effective advocacy. Adding to her broad ranging experience, Julia has represented indigent clients through the Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel. Julia also volunteers her time to represent indigent clients as a member of the Civil Pro Bono Panel through the United States District Court of Colorado.
