One of my greatest joys since relocating from North Carolina is that we legitimately have four seasons, each with its own appeal. Summary Judgment Obtained

Ruebel & Quillen, LLC obtained summary judgment in favor of a client on a premises liability action brought by Bachus & Schanker.  The Court determined there was no liability on behalf of the landowner for injuries sustained by an eighteen year old while performing tricks on a backyard trampoline.

Colorado General Assembly Convenes

Colorado General Assembly Convenes
The Colorado General Assembly convened on January 13, 2016 and hundreds of bills have already been introduced. Ten business bills were introduced on the first day alone. We are also expecting another attempt at construction defect litigation reform and a bill affecting the appraisal process just to name a few. Casey to be recognized in December
