Aaron N. Zaluzec

Aaron N. Zaluzec is an attorney with over a decade of experience litigating complex commercial and civil matters in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. His practice includes construction defect, product liability, catastrophic loss and subrogation, and business and contract disputes. He takes a hands-on, investigative approach that draws on technical tools and industry knowledge to provide focused, personal representation.

Prior to joining RQ Law, Aaron served as Managing Attorney and Senior Counsel at Costa Ivone LLC, where he helped build the firm and led its complex litigation practice. He previously practiced at Cozen O’Connor and Grotefeld Hoffmann LLP, handling complex commercial, civil, and subrogation matters arising from construction defects, product failures, wildfires, and other catastrophic losses involving the utility, chemical, and petroleum industries. Aaron received his J.D. from Illinois Institute of Technology’s Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is admitted in Illinois and is practicing in Colorado pursuant to C.R.C.P. 205.6 while his application for full admission is under final review. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the District of Colorado, and has represented clients pro hac vice in large catastrophic matters across the Southwest.
