Susan Pensiero is a litigation paralegal who assists in all phases of litigation, from inception through discovery and trial. She is knowledgeable with regard to all levels of the courts from small claims to the Supreme Court of Colorado (as well as the courts in Texas, Delaware, Pennsylvania) and experienced in insurance defense, and complex commercial litigation practice areas including patent infringement, mergers and acquisitions, class actions, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Ruebel & Quillen, Susan worked at Alta Colleges, Inc., Prickett, Jones & Elliott, P.A. in Wilmington, Delaware and McKool Smith in Dallas.
Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology) from Southern Methodist University and an Colorado Teaching License K-8 from Regis University.
On a personal note, Susan enjoys spending time with her family, traveling the world, gardening, making stain glass mosaic pieces and is an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
