Jeffrey C. Ruebel — Managing Member & Trial Attorney

A seasoned litigator, Jeff is a highly respected Colorado trial lawyer with over 60 jury trials, recognized for his effective, cost-efficient advocacy and leadership in the legal community. He is an AV-rated attorney, ABOTA member, past president of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and recipient of the John Grund Lifetime Achievement Award.

Tyler J. Bates — Senior Associate Attorney

Tyler is a senior associate attorney with over a decade of experience litigating complex matters, including construction defect, commercial motor vehicle fatalities, wrongful death, and personal injury claims. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law, externed with the New Mexico Supreme Court, and previously practiced insurance defense in New Mexico before relocating to Colorado.

Susan Pensiero — Senior Paralegal

Susan Pensiero is a senior litigation paralegal with extensive experience across all phases of litigation, supporting cases in courts from small claims to the Colorado Supreme Court, as well as in Texas, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. She has a background in insurance defense and complex commercial litigation, and holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Southern Methodist University along with a Colorado Teaching License from Regis University.

Stephanie Arnold — Paralegal/Firm Manager

Stephanie is a seasoned paralegal with over a decade of experience in personal injury and insurance defense, holding a master’s in legal studies, a bachelor’s degree, and a paralegal certificate. She is well-versed in all phases of litigation in both Colorado District Courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, bringing strong skills in drafting, case management, and trial preparation.

Aaron Zeluzec – Associate Attorney

Aaron N. Zaluzec is an accomplished attorney with a diverse background in complex litigation, corporate strategy, and technology, successfully litigating matters in state and federal courts nationwide. He combines legal expertise with business insight and technical proficiency, enabling him to navigate complex legal challenges across a wide range of industries.
